  • Plan, prepare and meet customers who has business from respective trade lanes or product vertical and get them on board
  • Update customer details in CRM as part of sales process.
  • Jointly work along with Key Account mangers & Sales Co-ordinators if they have customers who has business out of the assigned trade lanes / product vertical and facilitate closure
  • Ensure commercials are clearly agreed and accepted by customer and upload SOP
  • Follow-up with customers for payments. Ensure that all invoices are submitted and approved by customer before due date so that payment can be cleared within credit period.
  • Delivering the budgeted Gp every month.
  • Sorting out customer related issues / handling escalations
  • Source sales leads from manifest and in house
  • Share with senior team the monthly progress in terms of trade lane/ product vertical - volumes and Gp



Customer Service/Key accounts/Sales- Coordination

Essential Functions

Receive orders via phone, e-mail, and fax, and enter orders into the system, Place purchase orders and confirm sale/buy prices, Coordinate shipments with carriers. Arrange equipment, loading/unloading scheduling and requirements, Communicate with customer on shipping schedule, pricing, product availability, product/shipping documentation, sample request and loading requirements, and order confirmation, Forecast, gather, input and coordinate inventory activity data to accurately reflect product movement, and ensures product availability for future orders/shipments, Enter data into system for invoicing, Compile invoice information monthly for summary billing to certain customers, Track and trace railcar movements to ensure availability, estimate loading dates and transit times, schedule future orders, Maintain and update system database regarding customers, products, suppliers, pricing

Statutory Compliance Executive



  • Exercising control over monthly TDS working, payments, filling of TDS return and issuance of Form16 and 16A,
  • Exercising full control over the calculation of GST payable & RCM payable working, payments, filling GST return (GSTR1 & GSTR3B).
  • Assisting the consultants in completion of Assessments under various Acts viz. Income tax, GST, Profession Tax, etc.
  • Exercising control over collection and payment of Provident Fund, EST, Professional Tax
  • Exercising control over calculation of Gratuity, Leave salary, Payment of Bonus and maintenance of statutory registers in this respect.
  • Ability to verify the Suppliers accounts to arrive at correct figure of GST payable, TDS etc. and matching the GST Return with Accounts Books
  • Tax Input refund working liaising with department.(GST)
  • Computing tax liabilities with respect to Income Tax, GST, TDS
  • Matching Form 26 AS figures with books of accounts
